Kailash Shankarlal Gindodia, Founder of Nesting Tree, has built his legacy on perseverance, integrity, and an uncompromising commitment to quality construction.

He arrived in Mumbai from Dhule in 1985 with a modest CIDCO contract worth ₹2 lakh. Through sheer perseverance and engineering expertise, he steadily grew his construction business across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, executing several government infrastructure projects along the way.

In 2004, he entered the residential real estate sector with Gopala, a landmark housing project in Vashi developed on a CIDCO tender plot. That project marked the beginning of Nesting Tree's journey as a trusted residential developer. Since then, the company has delivered several landmark developments across Vashi, Kharghar, and Navi Mumbai, earning the confidence of hundreds of families through its unwavering focus on quality, transparency, and timely delivery.

As a first-generation entrepreneur, Mr. Gindodia has shaped Nesting Tree around values that continue to define the company today—integrity, craftsmanship, customer trust, and long-term value creation. K.D. Constructions marks real estate entry

Vashi, Navi Mumbai

The story of Nesting Tree began in 2004 with Gopala, K.D. Construction's first residential development in Vashi, built on a CIDCO tender plot. More than just a project, it marked the beginning of a legacy that has grown over two decades, shaping communities across Vashi, Kharghar, and Panvel.

2019

Nesting Tree is founded

It began with a simple belief: a home should offer more than four walls. That belief became the foundation of Nesting Tree—a residential developer committed to creating thoughtfully designed homes and thriving communities across Navi Mumbai.

2020

Rudra delivered

Panvel

Our first handover. Lift, CCTV and dedicated parking, delivered as promised and handed over to residents.

2021

Dhruva delivered

Panvel

Our second project was marketed only after receiving the Occupation Certificate. This helped build trust in the neighbourhood.

2022

Shaurya delivered

Panvel

A purely residential G+4 on a corner plot with majority of the homes purchased by a single family.
